Canadian Blog Awards - 2008
Yes, it’s that time again! Time for this years jovial war between the Windsor Blogs. ScaleDown was trailing the pack in the 2007 awards, behind WindsorEats and International Metropolis, so it’s time for us to collectively hand their derriers to them in 2008!
ScaleDown is nominated for four awards this year.
- ScaleDown for Best Blog of 2008
- ScaleDown for Best Group Blog of 2008
- ScaleDown for Best Local Blog of 2008
- ScaleDown Radio for Best Podcaster/Vlogger of 2008
Two rounds of voting will take place with each round lasting 7 days. The first round of voting (this one) will include all nominees. The second round of voting will narrow the list of nominees in each category down to the top 5 from the first round of voting. Each person gets one vote for their favourite blog, in each category. We’re listed as ScaleDown Windsor in all four categories, so be sure to click that button when you visit.
Round 1 goes from yesterday (Sunday) to Saturday November 29th, (Polls close during the middle of November 29th, to give CBA staff time to set up polls for the Final Round of voting) so be sure to get your votes in ensuring ScaleDown makes to cut to stay in the race.
All the best to our competitors in CBA’s Blog Awards, and a big round of kudos to the diverse crew who puts these things on. They’re a lot of fun and reagrdless of whether we win or not, it’s inspiring to see just how popular this method of communications/media is becoming.
